Article III - Jurisdiction

Section l. The territorial jurisdiction of the Board as a Member of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® is:

The city limits of Coral Gables, Florida and all of Dade County, Florida from the South side of North Kendall Drive (S.W. 88 St.) to the Monroe County Line, extending West to the Dade County Line and East to Biscayne Bay and the city municipality limits of Hialeah, Miami Springs, Medley, Virginia Gardens, Hialeah Gardens, Opa Locka and environs (all located within Dade County, Florida.

Section 2. Territorial jurisdiction is defined to mean:

  1. The right and duty to control the use of the terms REALTOR®, REALTORS®, and REALTOR-Associate subject to the conditions set forth in these Bylaws and those of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®, in return for which the Board agrees to protect and safeguard the property rights of the National Association in the terms.
