To provide the resources to assist our members in becoming more professional and financially successful.

Who We Are

We are the Trade Association of choice for over 13,000 residential and commercial Real Estate Professionals. We are privileged to offer programs, products and services to both REALTOR® and REALTOR®-Associate members. New members joining a Broker Office are given the choice of joining as a REALTOR® or REALTOR®-Associate member, depending upon the level of association involvement they are planning to pursue.

The REALTORS® comprising our membership adhere to a strict Code of Ethics in working with one another and the general public. The Association offers periodic Ethics and Professional Standards instruction to new members in order to maintain the exceptionally high standards of excellence in business required by the membership.

Members are offered numerous programs, products and services that enhance professionalism. New skills can be acquired through technology instruction and professional designation courses. A wealth of information is frequently disseminated through the monthly Miami-Dade REALTOR® publication, weekly Info-Fax, Multiple listing screens and the Internet.

A legal Hotline through the Florida Association of REALTORS® is available, without any charge, to all members. In addition, the Association Attorney regularly instructs members on contract requirements, forms changes, procedure and law interpretations, and any new real estate related laws.

The REALTOR® Association of Miami Dade County takes an active part in community programs and pursues those projects that are supported by members and further real estate interests. The protection of private property rights is always a top priority.
