License Renewal
Do You Need to Complete Your 45 Hour Post Licensing?
Or Renew Your License?
Florida Real Estate Salespersons must complete their 45 hour post licensing course before their first license renewal. After the first license renewal they must complete the 14 Hour Continuing Education Renewal that includes 11 hours of Specialty Credit and 3 Hour Core Law, (mandatory). This course must be completed every two years. If you already have the 11 Hour Specialty Credits you need only take the 3 Hour Core Law. You can check your credits online at www.myfloridalicense.com
Your Association has partnered with these Affiliate Member Schools which offer members up to 15% off on classes. When registering, please mention that you are an RAMDC Member to obtain these Special Rates. You will receive a Certificate after you complete the course and the school will provide the information to the DBPR.
