Q: Will the merger affect my dues?

A: No - There will be no dues increases for members of RAMB or RAMDC

 

Q: What about my billing?

A: RAMB Members - If you have already paid your dues in full or are on a payment plan - Do nothing.  If you haven't paid your  dues you can conveniently pay at: www.Miamire.com  and click on tab "Pay Dues", or send in your invoice and payment by mail, or contact RAMB Member Services today at 305-468-7005.  

RAMDC Members - Your dues billing will be sent to you as usual in September for your Local, State and National dues - pay as you have in the past - there will be no changes.  If you haven't paid your MLS fees - you can pay now online by going to www.MiamiDadeRealtors.com.

 

Q: What locations are open?

A: All locations are open.  We will keep you posted on the renovation of the Coral Gables office which is due to begin soon.  We will be evaluating each location in the future to determine their best use and programming for you, our members.

 

Q: What happens with IMAPP and Realist?

A: We are checking on options which would give every member a choice of the service they prefer - or possibly both at a small additional fee.

 

Q: What will happen to my other services?

A:  Your success is our Number One Priority and all services currently offered by RAMB and RAMDC are being evaluated to ensure that all members have access the very best services, products and marketing tools available anywhere. See also new services below.

 

Q: Will my MLS change or be disrupted in any way?

A: No, the transition will be seamless and uninterrupted.

  • All your MLS numbers will remain the same
  • After August 1st all new listings will begin with "M" for MAR
  • All your contacts, custom searches, preferences, etc. will remain the same
  • Your MLX Pro website will remain unchanged
  • Training will continue to be done at all facilities and especially hands on in our 25-PC Computer Lab in our offices near the airport at 700 S Royal Poinciana Blvd (near 36th & Le Jeune)

 

Q: What about Supra Lockboxes and Supra Electronic Keys?

A: All Lockboxes, electronic keys and fees will remain the same

  • There will be a "Merger Special" starting August 1st for 60 days
  • Lifetime Lease for Supra iBox at only $35.00 each
  • Upgrade to the eKey for your Smartphone and you can purchase one Supra iBox for $25.00
  • Free Fob for your Smartphone - while supplies last - $49.95 savings
  • D-Keys will be made available to members without an electronic key.  There will be at no charge for the D-key until it is activated and fees can be paid on a quarterly basis.  D-Keys will be available at all facilities after August 1st.
